The great thing about "DA HAWK" is it does not matter what hair texture you have, you can "werk it". You can hawk it with straight, kinky, curly, wavy or locked hair. Do a mohawk from a bantu knot, twist or braid out on your natural hair or permed hair for added volume and texture. For us with the locs, just ponytail it up in the middle into sections and start pinning----taking each ponytail section and spliting into two and then rolling and tucking is the best method for my length .
